This site is designed for modern browsers that comply with web standards.

We have attempted to make the site at least display most of its content in non-compliant browsers like Netscape 4; however, Netscape no longer supports its version 4 browsers precisely because they are old and do not comply with W3C standards.

The site is valid XHTML-1.1 + CSS-2, and looks the same on PCs and Macs; using Internet Explorer 5.5+, Opera, Mozilla, Netscape 6+, and Safari.

Please upgrade you current web browser. There are security risks if this browser is not upgraded.
